Cancellation Policy

NO Cancellation Fees applied 48 HOURS PRIOR to Excursion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour departure time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. FULL Cancellation Fees apply in case of No Shows of clients and of Shortening of activity by clients. Exceptions may be considered for cancellations due to medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances. WEATHER FACTOR In the event of adverse weather conditions that could affect the safety or enjoyment of the tour, Promotour solely may alter, postpone or cancel the Tour. Cancelled Tour will be firstly postponed to another day, else refunded fully to clients. RESCHEDULING To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your new date and time preferences.
