• Swimming ability is recommended for water entry and snorkelling.
• Always follow the crew’s instructions; entry into the water is not guaranteed.
BOOKING INFORMATION
Conditions & Comfirmation
Advance booking and confirmation are required. The activity is subject to availability and any minimum participant requirement set by the operator. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity may incur a 100% cancellation fee; no-shows and unused services are non-refundable.
Outdoor activities are subject to weather, operational and safety conditions. The operator may modify, postpone or cancel the experience in the interest of guest safety. Where possible, an alternative date will be proposed; otherwise, any refund follows the provider’s policy. Participants must follow the crew’s safety instructions and wear the safety equipment provided when required.
Wildlife encounters take place in the animals’ natural habitat, so sightings and interaction cannot be guaranteed. The experience is conducted with respect for marine-life and conservation guidelines.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Any stated minimum-age requirement must be respected.
